Clean Cuts Barber Shop

My friend got a great haircut last week and recommend this barber. I called around noon to get address, only to end up near downtown St. Paul after a 40 minute drive. WRONG ADDRESS! Called him again, and he said South St.Paul, and to park in the back. I finally found his location, but couldn't find the parking due to road construction. I arrived around 2.10, only to find the door locked, and the sign stating they close every day at 2pm. Why couldn't he tell me over the phone? Who closes everyday at 2pm? I wasted over one hour to find his location, and another 45 minutes to return home . Really! Time is money, and I will never return!

I have been getting my hair cut here for a few years now. Fee is very nice, and always takes care of me. Prices are pretty good, I've started taking my son there as well. He gets scared around barbers but he has no problem knowing that I trust the same place to cut my hair.

Phe was my barber for a long time. Then I moved out of town. Never found a barber as good as him. I even drove the 200 miles once just to have his cut. Good price and wonderful customer skills.

Great haircut! I've been going to a bigger chain for a long time and they stopped cutting hair in a good way and I figured I try something closer to home anyway and went here. Couldn't be happier and the owner is a great person as well. Definitely going back.
