Its my 3rd appointment with Stephanie at the south St Paul Location, I received the absolute BEST wash and deep conditioning treatment after taking my hair down, followed by beautiful Spring Twists. From start to finish, Stephanie was incredibly gentle. My takedown was quick, yet completely painless, something that has never happened for me before! She applied a detangling product that effortlessly melted through my hair, leaving it soft, manageable, it loosen the knot around the perimeter of my head without any pulling. The wash was calming all thorough, and the deep conditioning treatment along with the steamer and the sclap massage felt like pure soothing therapy for my scalp. My hair was deeply hydrated, revived. Stephanie and Grace were amazing. This was only the 2nd time getting my 7 yr old daughters hair braided and she didn’t cry and seemed really comfortable the entire time. We had gotten it braided one other time when we lived in Houston. After that she was scare to get it done again. We left here and she said “that didn’t hurt like that other place i’m wanna come back”. So very excited to think I found a great place to take care of my daughter. The shop was clean and comfortable.

I originally booked Boho Knotless Braids last minute with 200Beliw Braids St Paul, after another braiding place cancelled my appointment, but after Stephanie carefully assessed my hair, she noticed that my hair was too short and was shedding and breaking. Instead of just doing the service I booked, she took the time to explain what was best for the health of my hair. Stephanie recommended starting with a deep hair treatment and hydration protocol before installing any braids. She spent about 2 hours treating and strengthening my hair, which I truly appreciated because it showed she genuinely cared about my hair’s health. I originally wanted medium boho knotless braids, waist length, but because I have thin hair and bald spots around my edge so I booked for a consultation with Stephanie, and after carefully assessing my hair, She recommended me to get small boho box braids shoulder length, the best approach to keep the style lightweight while protecting my fragile areas. She also suggested using 2 bundles of human hair to create a fuller look and ensure none of my bald spots showed and she was absolutely right. Stephanie did an excellent job. Her smile at the entrance is so contagious and believe or not, this lady lost her child recently. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the salon is always clean and well-maintained. My braids every time turned out absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted, and she does take her time to make sure every detail is perfect.
