This was my second time going. I was happy the first time. However this time I was highly disappointed 😔. I spent quite a bit but they did not take my callus off at all. I was so deep in the experience and talking that I didn’t even noticed it wasn’t done. Shame on me but at the same time getting this done is rare so I wasn’t thinking what the process should be. The lady that took my payment didn’t offer a receipt she said it was too late when I asked for one. I looked at her in silence and she then said you want one? I replied yes and called someone to help. They spoke in a different language and body language was of frustration. Absolutely loved my experience at Claws Nail Studio! The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment I walked in. Sandy is the best, she is so talented, patient, and really pays attention to detail. My nails came out perfect, the shape, the detail, everything was on point. I left feeling pampered and confident, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. Been following Claws/Sandy on IG for a while and been wanting to try for the longest time. Got out of my appt a little bit ago and very pleased with the outcome! My nails turned out better than I expected. Thank you to John & Sandy who did a great job on my nails!!! 💅 💕
