I normally don’t write reviews, but I am beyond pissed. All I wanted was a fresh set, I walk in and no one greets me, okay fine I can justify that they were really busy. I say I have an appointment for 4, I explained I wanted a fresh set, they look at me like I have 4 heads, “fresh set?” Yes, a fresh set. The customers they were working on started giggling, the employees looked at me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I looked at all the colors, picked them out, showed them my design, and he said it would be $90-$100. I said “okay”, not saying anything, but thinking that is an outrageous price. It takes maybe 30-45 to take off my current set and prep for my next one. There’s one guy going around asking if people want massages, he comes up to me, asks if I want one, I nod my head

I came here for a gel manicure, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Within just an hour of leaving, one of my nails already started peeling off, and by the end of the day, more were lifting. Gel nails are supposed to last at least 2–3 weeks, so this should not have happened. I feel like I wasted my money, and the quality was not at all what I expected. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves the durability of their gel services, because right now I cannot recommend this place.

Classy is not the word I would use to describe the people there when I brought it to their attention that my services were not satisfactory. They were very rude and dismissive.If I could give this place a zero star review, I would I got a pedicure, and when I looked at my toes, it looked like the polish had been growing out for two weeks! literally looks like I need a fill. I did not have time to stay so they could fix it cause they said it would take 30 minutes and I had somewhere to be so I asked if they could just discount the pedicure and they refused to do anything for me and I ended up having to pay full price. Definitely will not be returning.

I have been a patron at this business for years, I felt they did an excellent job, and took great care of me. I moved as a result of going out of business recently. When I did, I stopped going for a while. I recently made an appointment, and when I arrived I was not greeted as I usually am. I went and sat down anyway assuming maybe it had been a rough day for the staff there. The women did my nails beautifully and then I needed to use the restroom. Afterward, I walked out, and all the staff was staring at me as if I had done something offensive. It was only myself and one other patron. I sat down and the woman rushed through my pedicure. I've been a dedicated customer at Classy Nails for over a decade and have always had a fantastic experience, which makes this review difficult to write. However, my last few visits, especially today's, have been disappointing. The friendly, welcoming atmosphere I've always known seems to have disappeared. While I understand that walk-ins can be difficult, the unwelcoming attitude I received when asking if they had time for a walk-in Dazzle Dry manicure was very off-putting. If a walk-in can't be accommodated, a simple "no" is much better than making a customer feel like a burden, and rushing them through their service. The quality of the service was also subpar. Although I'm happy you're now offering Dazzle Dry, the technician didn't let the coats dry properly, which is a key part of the
