A little bummed about my experience the other day. I came in for a pedicure and to get gel on my nails. I’m due to have a baby any day now so I really wanted a nice pampering experience for myself. Got my pedicure done first with one nail tech, and she was super sweet, but my toe is infected now. I had a different nail tech for my fingernails and she was just standoffish and didn’t talk to me the entire time. It was super awkward and I felt like a nuisance to her, even though my fingers only took 15 minutes and I gave her a 50% tip. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Great atmosphere and love the disco ball in the bathroom!! All staff is wonderful too :)

I hate to leave a bad review because I have family that typically loves it here but I woke up this morning with my nails hurting so bad from the harshness. I got them done last night and it was late so I understand the technician wanted to go home, but they were just harsh and rushed. Shaping my nails, prepping, filing, everything was very harsh and left 4 of my cuticles bleeding. Just from filing. i have polish all around my nails still and the polish is uneven, chunky and sloppy. I am pretty unsatisfied, especially for the price payed.

Overall the experience was good! The girls who did my nails and feet were BEYOND AMAZING! I would say price wise it’s a little higher compared to going out to towards the city but I can say none of my work was rushed and she perfectly sculpted my nails and took her time! I didn’t mind the price because she ACTUALLY communicated with me, took her time, and even after closing took her time. I gave the 5 stars because they were very sterile and accommodated the design I wanted even though I was indecisive my tech was very patient. I mean people have to look at the options around we are in the suburbs, PRICES WILL BE HIGH! COMMUNICATION is the key! Quoting is always important when budgeting. Overall this place isn’t as bad.
