I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and taken care of. My stylist, Natalie, truly listened to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and absolutely nailed the final result. The attention to detail, skill, and creativity are unmatched. Not only did I leave with the best haircut/style I’ve ever had, but I also left feeling confident and refreshed. The entire appointment felt relaxed, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who combines talent, expertise, and such a warm personality so effortlessly. If you’re looking for a stylist who will exceed your expectations and make you feel your absolute best, look no further. I will 100% be coming back — and recommending to everyone I know!

Just got a hair cut and blowout with Charlotte and she is AMAZING!! Literally the only person I trust with my hair 🥹 left feeling like a new woman and so gorgeous - I wish I had somewhere to go tonight just to show off my hair! I walked in without a super clear idea after going a year without a hair cut, she gave great advice and guidance, I let her work her magic and it turned out better than I could’ve dreamed!! She is so sweet, personable, knowledgeable and talented! Also the salon is a whole vibe, super fun, cute and cozy. 100/10 would recommend Charlotte at Bali Loft New Baltimore!! 🥰✨

I had the hardest time finding a new hair stylist that I could count on after my 30 yr professional retired. Visited 3 different salons before I found SYDNEY, at Bali Loft Salon. She Is AMAZING! Super cool setting, and friendly. Sydney listened to all the details of what I was looking for, before she dove in and created my new look. And ZOEY WAS THE BONUS!! Natalie was so wonderful! She curled my daughter’s hair and was so sweet and kind. She gave me one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had! I will definitely be back to see her!
