Classy Nails LLC

I visited this nail salon for the 1st time to have my nails removed and salvaged if possible. Lady nail tech quoted $40 for a manicure with clear coat. I soaked in acetone for at least 30 minutes of the hour it took to complete. The definition of a basic manicure includes a filling/shaping of the nail, hand massage and clear coat which is not the service I received. The guy nail tech did file and buff my nails after soaking in acetone. He did not do the hand massage nor did he apply a clear coat polish which defeats the entire purpose because my nails are brittle and one nail was damaged from the acrylic. The lady agreed to accept $30. I get outside in the sun to observe that I still have acrylic on my a few of my nails and my cuticles were not cut entirely. Unacceptable!

Female nail tech, should never be allowed to do nails.. she rushed, can't follow instructions, clearly doesnt see issues pointed out to her nor knows how to fix the issue even with clear instruction.. only let the males do your nails.

I love this place! I keeps things simple...no tips, or acrylic...no problem. My short, chubby fingers still get their TLC. Jennifer is amazing and aims to make all her customers feel special. Classy is right❤ We had a bit of a wait today, I suggest making an appointment on weekends if you have a busy schedule.

Really wasn’t a fan of the place I got a pedicure and full set an the guy who was doing my feet passed gas an really stunk so that already was a turn off then I show the lady how I normally get my nails an this what I left with . Uneven and fat acrylic I was in a rush so I just paid and left but I won’t be back 🫤

First time customer- I visited this place this morning with a girl friend of mine (she said it had been a long while since she had been there). The place was run down, the floor was dirty, small leaves all over the place (mind you, we showed up right after they opened). I asked to use the restroom, it was bad in there as well. Understaffed, I sat in the chair with my feet in cold bubbling water watching my friend get her feet done, the tech rushed through it, I felt she could have done more for the price. Then when she finally got to me I had changed my mind to a basic pedicure. The tech hurried through that also.
