Classy Nails

The one star is due to the lack of accountability, poor service & communication skills, along with terrible customer service from the owner Lisa. When I just tried to speak to her she was rude & dismissive, spoke over me, and didn’t have her information correct before attempting to insult me. Here’s the story: I visited this establishment for the first time on Tuesday (1/20/26) morning. The tech that did my pedicure was very kind and she did a great job. My only complaint about my pedicure was that my right big toe was filed down too much so it didn’t match the left, and she also cut me pretty bad somehow on the top of my toe. Saturday (1/24/26) afternoon, I called in to inquire about availability for a short gel full set. I stopped by the salon on my way home before the storm but didn’t

Was there 3 hrs, Never seen them wipe anything down between clients, also way too long to have had an appointment. also owner seems to be upset all the time. Mood is not relaxing. UPDATE 08/25/24- Took my 2 granddaughters for back to school nails. I only returned here for location convenience. I decided to get a regular pedicure, the woman did my feet for almost 2hrs & the job was worst than pictures. I complained to the OWNER LISA, to be met with accuses & hostile tone and words. After paying over $100 I was told not to come back. Response "U dont have that to worry about it ever"

I had a wonderful experience here getting my nails 💅 I showed tge nail tech a picture and it was done with some minor changes.

Love the atmosphere! Very quaint, family feel. Everyone is really nice and polite. My guy Tony and mama Mimi are the best!
