Classy Cuts

The lady there today was very rough with my youngest that I took for a haircut. She has no chair manner & when we walked in and said hello she rolled her eyes. Mid haircut I stopped her because my son began to cry and said she had hurt him behind his ear. I immediately stopped her and asked her to finish up because we were leaving. Horrible service. Will definitely not be returning and hope other parents don’t go through this bad experience.

Today was not my first time here, and I don’t know why I keep coming back. (Shame on me.)Both ladies working there are always in a bad mood! I just left the place, and the place was empty. One of the ladies was there, sitting in the waiting area watching tv and as I walked in with my daughters , I immediately said, “Hello.” I didn’t get anything in return, not even a forced smile. She gets up while struggling to get off the chair (because she’s on the heavier side) and walks to her working station and points at a pen and paper and says, “Sign in.” I told her my daughter needed a cut, just a few inches. I took my grandson to Lulu at this location. His mom was super impressed and said from now on she will definitely go to Lulu. I like that she's never rushing and makes sure you get a great haircut. She is very professional. Lulu if you see this Thank you for your great customer service!!

Stylist was extremely rude, and did not cut my hair the way I wanted, and when I pointed out this she began to argue that how she cut it is how I wanted it. It was far from what I wanted. I am thoroughly disappointed by the service here.
