I have had nothing but good experiences at this salon! very clean and professional, and gorgeous results. i highly recommend coming here, and i suggest asking for Vi when getting your nails done if she’s available. have never gotten a bad set from her! :)

So I have been coming here often and I can say I see the service going downhill. I came in and wanted my nails longer than what they were and asked how that process would go and how long it would take. She told me she would have to take the entire set off and start over. I contemplated because of the time & asked how long it would take to do that and she said an hour so I said let’s do it. She was visibly annoyed with that decision. She then starts clipping down my nails with a tweaser and then using a nail tip get between my acrylic and my real nail to pop it off. My hand is jerking and i tell her that it hurts and suggests soaking them off which she refused because it would take longer. In the end my nail bed was terrible and she proceeded to charge me an extra $10 for the nail takedown…

I had such a great experience here, the staff were super nice and welcoming. I’ve been going for about 2 months and my nail technician, Lisa, took her time to make sure everything was perfect, from the shape, color, and design were exactly what I wanted.I also get my eyebrows done by Rose, and she always does a great job, gets the shape perfect, and also gets them exactly how I want them. This place is amazing and I will continue to go.

Paid $70 for a horrible REFILL with Phoebe (later learned she’s been doing nails for about a year & has messed up many people’s nails). 2 of my nails were crooked, the acrylic was filed down to almost nothing SUPER THIN easy to break. Nails looked nothing like my inspo pic. When I went back later that day because I had an appointment right after to ask if somebody else could fix my nails I was charged $25 on top of the $70 I already paid! Lisa was great she fixed my nails, also another girl that sits in the front got up to argue that I should’ve had the same girl fix them. Why would I have the same person that did a horrible job in the first place re-do them?? The inspo pic vs what I got!

I’ve been going to Vi since 2019 and she’s seriously the best! I never leave upset — my nails are always perfect and she keeps me cracking up the whole time. I look forward to every appointment with her. She’s got the best vibes and the best work! Make your appointment there now!! 🔥🥰
