Classic Plus Nails

I went in for a gel manicure and had a very disappointing experience. The nail tech used a drill on my cuticles, which resulted in her cutting me and causing my finger to bleed. I asked her to stop so I could wash my hands, and when I came back, I told her I preferred not to continue the manicure. Instead of respecting that, she insisted on finishing and assured me she could stop the bleeding and avoid using the drill. I said no again, but she insisted. I should have stood my ground, but I reluctantly agreed. She applied a liquid to the cut to stop the bleeding, yet it continued to hurt—and still does after about 6 hours. Before starting my nails, she had asked if I wanted a strengthening base coat for an extra $2. After cutting me and ignoring my request to stop, it was incredibly inap

I received one of the best pedicures that I have had in a LONG time especially for the price! The girl I had gave the best leg massages— and their massage chairs are great too. The gel manicure I received was also beautiful. The color is so even and clean! Looking forward to coming back here! Thank you Lelia and Maria! Great prices and excellent service. I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I have irregular nail beds and they were able to do both with very clean edges and shapes. The massage part of the mani / pedi is amazing!

Absolutely terrible. She painted my skin on every nail and proceeded to tell me it is washable. (It was a gel manicure LOL) don’t go here for anything.

Laura and Mary are the best nail techs there! Prices are fair, but the salon is a little dingy inside. However, the quality of the girls' services add a special touch that keeps me coming back!
