Great experience on Jan 1st 2026 at this neatly organized super clean store. A great THANK YOU to Karolyn who patiently and professionally attended to our group of 10 people of all ages (from 6 to 60)!!! With her very pleasant personality, in-depth knowledge of cosmetics and desire to guide us in our search for the perfect lotion, she is a great asset for Clarins! Any employer should be proud of such amazing people that left us with a warm heart and big smiles! Happy New Year!

I spent 300 dollars at first excited! After getting home some products expired! And the pump didn't work on my eye cream sucked! Will never return!! It's honestly old products that didn't sell in regular stor or left over from Christmas!

I am so grateful for a Clarins dedicated store at Wrentham Premium Outlets at Wrentham, MA. I also am very appreciative of my Clarins advisor and expert, Margie, who helped me recently get exactly what I was looking for help with my dry skin and need to boost my overall facial glow. I tried something new that day which was the Super Restorative Remodeling Serum, as well as, the tinted sunscreen which is perfect for this pandemic time when you wish a bit of a boost to protect your skin. I have added these two products to my Clarins other favorite products such as Double Serum and Restorative series of skincare. One of the characteristics that drew me to Clarins more than 15 years ago was the wonderful natural fresh scent of the products. I am at retirement age now and I still get complime

Pushy and overpriced, does not accept returns even minutes after sale, more expensive compared to other stores like Macys etc
