I have been going to Lavish for less than a year. I have no issues with paying $95 for a gel x with gel polish, tipping $20 for my nails and &40 if i het a pedi too. But, last night, to walk out with a lumpy nail; not acceptable. I asked for cat eye on two fingers; this is MOST definitely not, contrary to what she kept telling me. I had to tell her REPEATEDLY to do the corners of my nails. Two weeks ago, went there, i got cut by one of the staff, i mean with blood everywhere and a week with a wound on my nail bed; i still paid full price and tipped, accidents happen, I got over it, made no fuss. But, this is where i draw the line. You pay to get what you ask for and the service you expect; when you complain, they start speaking about you to each other as if you weren’t clear! It is truly
