I came here to get my hair done expecting to have a good experience but got the complete opposite. I had done a color service done by ALEXANDRA MORENO. I grew my hair out for about a year to get this service done, I had let her know that I had previous color in my hair from a year prior. I asked her a couple times if she thought it would lift, she didn’t do a strand test. When the hair was done , my bottoms were a completely different color my hair had so much breakage, she didn’t blend the roots AT ALL! and looks 10 times worse then how I came in. I let her know that I wasn’t happy with my hair the very next day she made an appointment to fix it the following week. She cancelled on me twice and by the second time I asked for a refund. I paid 170 for my hair to be absolutely destroyed, she

I have been going to Clara's for over 8 years, she does beautiful work and knows her colors the best I've ever had and enjoy my visit every time. Her shop is always clean and has a very friendly environment.
