Definitely a great place to shop at! The cashier was super friendly. I especially LOVE the scents Gingham, Champagne Toast, Dark Kiss, and Sugared Snickerdoodle. Definitely sad that there was no Cucumber Melon in stock. 😢 Anyways, I recommend 100% shopping here.

I was so happy at this store's selection. They had more than three 75% off tables with most of the favorites. Store was clean, well stocked & very helpful staff. Their semi-annual sale is the time to think ahead for birthdays, anniversaries & times when you want to surprise others with gifts everyone loves. I'd recommend this store to everyone wanting a great deal, next one will be in the summer. Happy 🛍️ shopping

This was my first time going into the Porterville store. The first two ladies were very kind and helpful. Once I went up to pay the evening supervisor was not friendly never asked if anyone helped me, no "how are you?" No "thank you have a good night" nor did she ask for my email for coupons. She seemed very cold. I love Bath and Body Works everywhere that I have gone, friendly atmosphere, helpful and kind. This visit was definitely a disappointment. My hometown is Porterville, I was saddened that this was in my town. I went on November 2, 2012 at around 8:20pm. I believe in shopping locally as long the customer is appreciated. This was not the case for me.

The customer service at this store is really great. Every time I'm there, I'm greeted and helped with a smile if I need it. I'm always happy when I leave.
