I get to buy lots of stuff for my niece, I took her there once about a year ago during the summer and she wanted like 15 stuff 😂great store

The store associate today was so amazing. So joyful and positive. I listened to her help several people, including myself, and her energy was vibrant and authentic. She was single handedly taking care of the whole store. I thought my receipt would have her name, but it didn't. I believe she had strawberry blond hair. Claire's is very fortunate to have such a radiant pleasant employee.

I love this Claire’s, the employees are always attentive and outgoing! Everyone I go in they make sure they help me find what I’m looking for, and out of all the Claire’s I’ve been to this one is by far the cleanest and friendliest.

Went into store looking for assistance, manager Abby was on the phone the entire time and I stood there for 10-15 minutes before leaving. Very unprofessional customer service, doesn’t seem interested in anything other than herself.

Employees have no interest in working the store. They're on their phone the entire time.
