The ladies there ALWAYS help me and without making you feel as though you should do it yourself or hide from being asked to assist. They walk through the store and if you appear to not know they ask. People like that!! Thank you Queens! They have everything that I've asked for. Today there was a scalp item they don't carry at all but the owner assisted me anyway. The atmosphere was nice. Oh!! The music choices always make you want to move while you're shopping. Its fair and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that I see discounts every now and then on crochet hair.

BUYER BEWARE!!! All sales are final and that should be clearly posted BEFORE one buys! They say exchanges within seven days and that's not true! I tried exchanging two items unused no damage just a simple exchange for something else and the lady said she could exchange and no reason why. Won't have to worry about me buying anything else! Again, buyer beware before you purchase!

When I purchased they never told me my item wasn’t returnable. I went in and the staff had an entire conversation while I was waiting in line to return my item. Then she continues to say “What do you want me to do with this? It was purchased the 6th take this back.” And today is the 10th.. When on the receipt it says 7 days to return and it had only been 4. Wouldn’t even make eye contact with me then proceeded to tell me she can’t and it says it on the receipt and that since it wasn’t the same day she can’t accept it. My boyfriend went to ask them about it again since she walked off on me and wouldn’t give me further explanation and the manager was very kind to him when he went in for me but this younger girl on the floor says “she already said no big dog”. Extremely unprofessional not go

I heard a lot about the store but the experience that I have was poor quality of their wigs so I didn't buy anything but the ladies that worked it was very nice

Upon entering the building I overheard an employee with red locs tear down another customer and stated “ I should’ve slapped her “ as the customer was applying oils and not purchasing .while I understand this can make any employee feel uneasy I do not feel it was necessary to threaten a customer and use profanity towards them .this was not a great shopping experience and also made the environment very uncomfortable .I definitely will not be back please speak to your staff on how to handle customers even if they are not the best people
