CKS Nail Spa

I thought my experience was average initially right after the appointment, but I wish I considered the reviews more carefully before I got a hard gel removal service here. They thought my boyfriend and I were walk-in customers so I had to show them my appointment confirmation thru Licensed to Glow. I asked them to confirm if they saw my confirmation based on previous reviews, but I guess my email confirmation was sufficient enough because I didn't get a confirmed yes. I was out of the salon within 20 minutes which was great, but I'm not happy with the results. The removal process was aggressive that left my nails uneven, sore, and weaker since I had builder gel on. I'm not fluent in Mandarin, but I understood what was said. Had the worst French manicure I’ve ever had here; the lines were shaky and uneven, parts of my natural nail were showing through where it shouldn’t, a little hair was trapped in 2 of the nails and a piece of glitter in another. But most importantly she didn’t know the trick for cleaning up the French tip lines, which I fear is just the bare minimum and would have made this a passible manicure. I very politely tried to ask her to redo a few of the nails, but they looked even worse after being redone. I immediately went to a new place for a soak off. The shaping of the nails was also just fine, not great. Overall just wouldn’t recommend this place.

So glad I found CKS Nails Spa! The salon is always spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! The whole team is wonderful - especially Suki, who does an amazing job on my manicures and pedicures. They look perfect every single time! I’d highly recommended coming here!

After Yoyo Nail Salon closed, I was disappointed—but so glad to discover that CKS Nail Salon opened in the same spot! The salon is super clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Suki always does an amazing job—she’s detailed, takes her time, and leaves my nails looking perfect every time. Highly recommend CKS for excellent service and a clean, relaxing environment!
