I absolutely love Cindy and her sister !! Ive been seeing these ladies since 2021 and they never disappoint . Im absolutely terrible with making appointments but Cindy always makes time for me. I refuse to see anyone else , they're quick and efficient .. even if my design request is ridiculous 😂 I love you ladies !!

Worst experience ever!! Second time at CK Nails. First visit was great, so I came back. Big mistake. I got a pedicure and a simple acrylic overlay on my own short, natural nails. No tips. No extensions. Before starting, I asked the price and was told $70. There was no clear pricing posted for overlays and nothing was explained differently. At checkout, I was suddenly told my total was $120. When I questioned it, I was told it was because of the “overlay.” That was never clarified upfront. No breakdown. No price list. Just a new number at the register. That’s not how you run a business. On top of that, the tech was on her phone during my service and communication was limited. The whole situation felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I paid $100 just to leave, but I will not be return

Not impressed with the service bc honestly I can do this at home. Picture shows my big toe with polish on the skin and a wonky cuticle line where clear coat could’ve gone down lower/further. Manicurist sent me seeing stars when she aggressively tried to pick off a minute imperfection on my pinky nail with one SWIFT dig. Ouch! Also too large a gap between my cuticle and start of polish. I walked out looking like there’s been a weeks worth of nail growth!? Positive- they took me as a walk-in without an appointment for pedicure and were agreeable to do my gel mani as well. More negative- manicurist dropped a brush on the floor and returned it to her table without any intervention or cleaning.

Cindy and Amber always do a great job. I always come to Cindy for my nails. Amazing every time!! I just got my toes done by Amber and she took good care of me!!

So unhappy with the service I got . I went for a full set and he didnt shape my nails right I did tell him to try fix it he kept filling when I told him he was hurting my real nail. Currently have an infection on my thumb due to him cutting me with the file . He also was rushing the polish and was leaving the side unpainted but I did tell him to go over it again because they charged me 60 for small nails. He was aggravated and I was very respectful but he still proceeded to give me attitude and tell me his been doing this for more then 30 years . It was my first and last time . It was table number 8 if I could give it 0 I would
