The shop is great, affordable products ,good qaulity too.. but i got a very bad experience today, so i said i should write ,so someone doesnt have same..please after buying always check your receipt and change. The sales girl didnt give my right money back.. i dont want to say she made a mistake..i think she took advantage of the fact that i was not concerntrating and was in a hurry to leave .. i got home and realised i was short of cash .. its not right at all... its stealing ,im not happy with that,im never going to that store no more, this is the first time im experiencing such in this country.. not right at all

We travel all over the United States and we come to Denton very regularly. We found CJ Beauty Supply online and we visited and had an excellent experience and purchased a lot of products at a very affordable price excellent service and selection. Trans friendly!

I have been shopping here for years (probably a good decade) but today was the last. I cannot recommend them anymore. It had increasingly gotten worse each time I go in or just hit and miss with their service and attitude. It seemed that every time I go in there the older short Asian lady with black hair, who I assume is the owner, watches you and basically stares you down. This happened as I was reading and looking through their crowded sections of makeup and hair products. Each time I moved she would move along with me and stare. It feels so disrespectful and uncomfortable. They already have several cameras, so why do you have make your customers more uncomfortable with your blatant stares. I would have spent more time and probably more money had I not been stared down and not even ask

Poor experience here today. Was traveling for work and forgot my hair care bag at home. I stopped here for a wig and was happy that they were off of the highway. I noticed right away the cashier and the owner really acted like they didn’t care I was in the store. No greeting, I had to hunt them down for help, and after showing me one wig, the cashier just walked away. I had to find her immediately after to show me if they had another wig in stock. Of the 3 wigs I liked, 2 of them were down to the display. I asked about discounts on the display wig (normal given how much they are touched and tried on). One wig, because it was a discounted wig would not be discounted even though I was buying the display wig. I thought this was odd because I was essentially paying the sam price I would have p

Have shopped here for many years, I love the prices and Quality of wigs plenty of options and current styles. Hair products always in stock very diverse product as well local and high end.
