It's easy to park on the third floor. I had state business to take care of. One office validated and one didn't. It's a gorgeous building with a pleasant and helpful security guard.
Elevator is on the third floor of the parking garage towards the mountain side facing the post office.
This building have various businesses and you'll find something you'll needs. It nice to have several businesses in one place and make your appointments to see everyone at one location.
Went to ERS and EUTF offices! Receptionists were so helpful and nice!!
