Today I Had great first experience overall the hospitality was great my nails was a full set French Shorty with two charms and one of the charms already came off nail polish is not good hope the next time I come this do not happen nails are not cheap. Also my daughter got her nails done & you definitely see the difference in techs she showed him picture she wanted & he executed it his name was Mike.

The experience at this salon was something I haven’t felt from shops in the near Richmond area in a while! Let’s start with the introduction. I first called to see if the shop was still taking walk-ins due to it almost being 30 mins til closing. Nail technician advised they were still taking walk-ins. I immediately went straight there. As soon as I arrived I was greeted right away and was in the pedicure within the next 5 minutes of arriving. Aree was my nail technician. I love to see Black Excellence within the industry. Customer service was excellent. Her compassion and commitment to make sure her clients are satisfied with their work? Amazing. Literally amazing cannot recommend this place enough I got a pedicure with Ken and a full set with Timara and they were both so great. I will definitely be a regular here. Clean, decorated cute, thorough service and they really cared to make my experience the best it could be. Love this place!

My first time checking out City Nails yesterday after it was recommended by a friend. Wish I’d found it sooner! I made an appointment and was taken back promptly for my gel pedicure, even though they were very busy. Don was my technician and he was awesome - possibly the best pedicure I’ve ever had! I had surgery a month or so ago and am still on crutches - he was very careful and accommodating.The whole experience was such a morale boost! Good vibes with hip hop music playing. Haha. Prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend this establishment and will certainly be back.
