City Barbers

I did visit this barber shop for the first time as i recently moved in this area. Went in side the shop on Saturday afternoon. Shop was not clean. It was not welcoming, no acknowledgement what so ever. I sat on a waiting couch, then a barber pointed me to the other barber, he was available and i asked him if he could give me a haircut. He offered me a chair, station was messy and not clean. I saw clippers with hair on it from previous customer. He did use other clippers for me. I gave clear instructions how i wanted my hair cut. He cut it shorter than what i wanted. Al though, i did sped $40 bucks with a good tip. It was my last visit to this shop.

Got a nice vert haircut after 30 years of asking for regular haircut. Ask for Johan (pronounced with the J and the H). Tell them Steve Cornell sent you.

This place should have a sign that says, Appointments only or no new customers. They do not acknowledge you. I been going to Rob for a year, however Rob was out and i waited for any other barber, instead of communicating they had clients coming in, they made it seem like they could attend to me. Waited over an Hour and 30 minutes, to then have one of the barbers tell me they were doing me a favor. I think this business does not understand the model in maintaining and sustaining customers and at the same time intake of new customers. If a barber is out why should clients have to go to another business entity for a cut. If that the case go else where.

The WORST HAIRCUT i have ever gotten !! OD EXPENSIVE > charged me $40 bucks and did a horrible job. Dude gave me a shapeup but didn't keep my usual hairline for the shapeup , made it higher, look like a fool now. Seemed like he barely knew what he was doing, my beard line up at the neck area isnt even leveled properly, not straight at all. Definitely save your self the hassle and money and don't go to this spot. Very annoying and unprofessional. guy didn't even wipe me down with the alcohol disinfect and im pretty sure he cut the back of my neck as well. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and this isn't the first time, gave them a second chance , BUT NEVER AGAIN!!

City barbers is great! I’ve been going there for 4 years now and always with July. I get compliments on my hair all the time!
