Bori literally had me waiting an hour and half for 2 kids. He when it was my sons turn he took someone else, which was a walk-in after me. His excuse was he heard me ask the other barber to cut my sons hair. I have 5 sons. My second son had a football game and would not get there till 3. He is 17 and he has his own preference on who he wants to cut his hair. I guess he was in his feelings that I didn’t ask him to do his cut as well, so he took someone else. After I told him it wasn’t right, he said well if I want a cut I would have to continue to wait. The arrogance, absolutely disgusting. I ended up taking my kids to Levels on Main Street in Belleville. Couldn’t be happier. Clean place, very welcoming staff, great with the kids, and they even got a better cut.
