Such a beautiful spa, wonderful service and perfect for a relaxing birthday celebration with friends (we did that back in May and it was amazing!). Last week I saw Jen and she was wonderful and recommended some great products for my skin that I’ve already seen a difference from using! Highly recommend!

UPDATE: I have been going monthly to see Tatiana for facials, she does an amazing job and my skin looks glowing every time I leave! She’s the best! My first time here and I started with a pedicure and a facial but then added a massage as well. All three services were amazing. I will be back often!

Unacceptable Hygiene, Disorganized Service, and Unauthorized Charges My recent visit to Circles of Wellness with a group of friends for a birthday party was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional service experiences I have ever had. First and foremost, the hygiene and cleanliness were shocking. The robes provided were stained and visibly beat-up. The mirrors were dirty, and there was thick dust on surfaces throughout the waiting, spa treatment areas, and locker areas. Even worse, the reusable combs provided for customer use had hair in them, which is a massive hygiene failure and deeply unsettling. We were also not provided with slippers for use around the facility, which is standard practice for sanitary reasons in a spa setting. This was compounded by the appalling quality of

Regrettably, my haircut experience today was a waste of time and money. I requested a medium taper and trim, yet walked out with a haircut that is visibly uneven and poorly blended. For a $49 men's cut, the quality is severely lacking. Most frustratingly, the shop added a 20% automatic gratuity to my bill without my permission. I would have had a better experience at a budget chain barber shop.

It was perfect! The staff was so nice and made us feel welcome. We got the "Breathe and Relax" package started at 9:15 am and left around 2:30 pm. They made us feel like we were the only ones there...it was impressive. The lunch and mimosas were delicious, and the facilities were gorgeous and very clean. 10/10 experience 😊
