Circa 33 Barbershop

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this salon. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, rushed, and far from acceptable. I showed the stylist exactly how I wanted my haircut, but he cut way too much, completely ignoring my instructions. It felt like he was more concerned with getting the job done quickly rather than delivering quality work. The shampooing process was equally unpleasant. The water started cold, then turned warm, and eventually became too hot. On top of that, water splashed onto my face multiple times, making the whole experience uncomfortable and messy. My hair stylist of almost ten years moved away suddenly. I waited until the last minute and needed a quick cut before my nephew's graduation. A friend recommended Chris at Circa 33. He has amazing reviews and good work on his Instagram, but he was booked solid, so I made an appointment with Jose. All seemed fine until the point I was in the chair and an earlier client called the shop to complain about their haircut. They wanted to come back and have someone other than Jose fix it, which offended Jose. I know all of this because the shop owner and Jose discussed it while I was having my hair cut, which was awkward and a little uncomfortable. Jose was pretty upset and complained about his other client for a solid ten minutes, acted flustered and started cutting my hair really roughly. At one

I had one of the best cuts at this barbershop I’ve had in a long time. My fade from Jose was on point! Clean shop , cute little dog (I think her name is Gracie) overall best experience . Definitely coming back .

I was a walk in customer. Rudy was nice and I love his dog. My haircut was OK but nothing amazing, he just did a basic cut. No hot towel or razor for the back of the neck. For $60 I guess I expected a little more. Most barbers automatically use a mirror to show you the back, but he didn't. Update: Rudy said they don't shave the back of the neck because of razor burn, but would do it on request. While that's nice, a barber should be able to shave you without giving you razor burn. That's what makes a barber a barber and not a hairstylist.

Had a cut today from Jenae was amazing! All the barbers are so nice and make you feel so welcomed plus a great haircut sign me up! I definitely found my spot. Thanks Jenae for hooking it up !
