I don’t usually switch salons, but since my usual go to was closed this day I decided to try a new spot. Instantly regretted it the minute I stepped out of the salon. This experience will now be a living reminder to NEVER DO THAT again. Huge mistake to go here. Honestly, this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I left in pain — my toes felt butchered. I get that filing, cutting, and cleaning around cuticles is part of the process, but I’ve never left a salon with my toes SCREAMING. They were cut way too short, and a couple days after the pedicure my left pinky toe started to swell... and now it looks infected. I would put pictures up — but I am NOT giving anyone free feet pics obviously 🙄 On top of that, I felt harassed the entire time to add extras to my pedicure or get my nails done.

Wonderful service! I went in before my flight out of Logan with messed up nails and left extremely satisfied. They took their time, were very friendly, and gentle on my nails. If I lived in the area I would go back <3

Usually, this is my go-to spot for nails. I've never had any interaction worth fussing over. However, getting Gel X nails (or any nail service) done by the gentleman with the desk in the back is my reason for docking a star. The photos show the inspo vs what I got and.... enough said. They look amazing from afar but, up close, it's thick towards the end of the nail and the sides of some nails weren't covered. He said he could do it like the photo, but then he pulled out stickers of flowers instead when the time came... I had him months ago for a pedicure as well and wasn't a fan of the work. Very rough on the skin at times. Reading the other reviews about him, I'm somewhat glad to see I wasn't the only one with this opinion. I will def be coming back, but not with the gentleman.

Amazing service! My pedicure turned out perfect, and the staff were incredibly kind. I started to feel faint during my visit due to a health issue, and everyone was so quick to help and genuinely caring. They made sure I was okay and comfortable. It really meant a lot. I’ll definitely be coming back; they go above and beyond for their clients. 💕
