Cindy's Nails

Came here on a snowy day so it was not crowded. I thought the service was great, the atmosphere is relaxed and they did a good job.

Stopped going after years of loyalty due to steep decline in quality of services. Prices too high to leave with crooked nails that were not what I asked for (and tried to get them to correct) and fell off within a week. Additionally, I used the loyalty card ($15 off after 9 visits) and was refused the cash adjusted price (cheaper because they do not need to pay the credit card fee), meaning they made more money than if I had payed with card.

Cindy’s has gone way downhill. I’m a guitarist, came in for a couple of nail tips in advance of a major performance. My manicurist was very nice but not very competent. Cut *both* my fingers with the nail file, had to soak up the blood, I’m now concerned about infection. The polish I asked for was not the same color as the sample and the owner made excuses for it. Poorest nail service I’ve ever had. At least it cost too much. Go elsewhere.

Acrylic fill | if like me, you have been scouring the area for a salon that does true acrylics — look no further. Linda and Cindy were so detail oriented and did an amaze job. I will be making this a regular spot.

New favorite nail place. Best I’ve had since moving back to the city. Space was clean, calming, and welcoming. Staff were kind, and incredibly detail oriented. I’m kind of crazy when it comes to my nails and I genuinely see nothing about them I would change. Prices are great. Will absolutely be coming back.
