If I could give zero stars I would . This was my second experience my first time didn’t go so well it was my birthday and I needed a last minute appointment so it was convenient for me , The nail lady asked me did I want gel acrylic or regular I proceeded to tell her 3 times I wanted regular she completely ignored me and did as she wanted and charged me for what should have been $45 nails and happened to be 85$ when I confronted her and told me next time she’ll do regular . Second time I went was may 25th 2025 the man yelled at me because he used a blue tinted clear polish on my nails and tried to blame me for it mind you I had a very pastel greenish blue there was no way my polish could have made that any darker so I let him finish and told him he should be happy I’m not making him fix th

I went in to get my nails done and told the tech that I already had acrylic on. Instead of removing the old set, she put new acrylic right on top. Ever since, my nails have been thick, uncomfortable, and bothering me. I feel like proper care wasn’t taken and now I have to get them redone somewhere else. Really disappointed with this experience.

My 1st experience was great! Cindy was the nail tech 🌟! Now, today can’t say the same. I went with my daughter. I got a pedi and my daughter a full set acrylic gel. My daughter asked for square nails and rhinestones on 2 nails. Total $55. Problem was all the nails were not square, some were coffin. The rhinestones had sooo much glue, made it look like a glop. I spoke with the nail tech cause of course my daughter didn’t know how to express her disappointment,. The tech proceeds to say there was nothing wrong with the nails and didn’t bother to make an attempt of fixing them. Let me just say if you decide to go there you may want to ask for Cindy, she’s great! Below is a pic of the tech who clearly has no customer service!! Oh and btw i did not pay the full amount as i walked out!

Cleanliness is not their top priority. Nor is there sanitation. I have been here many times and I have never seen them clean any of the instruments. The nail table was full of nail dust that was clogging the table fan and the pictures and mirrors on the wall don’t look they have been cleaned in years. I’m surprised people don’t walk out of there with some kind of nail fungus or infection. The outside has more to say than what the inside looks like, cigarettes butts everywhere in front of their location, on the sidewalk and the mulch. Most of the time it’s the nail staff that’s out smoking every chance they can get. Some of them all they do is talk on their cell phone on speaker. One of them talking in her earbuds on her phone while doing a customers nails, which I think seems very rude.

I went here on the recommendation of a friend. She told me I should make an appointment, so I did. Which is a good thing, because while I was sitting there a number of people walked in. My general request is usually hombre with a top coat of sparkles. Different places have done it with a regular gel or dipping powder. I often give them more than one try to figure out how they can best do what I want. It's usually whatever the technician themselves is most comfortable with. My technician was male. He did a decent job. The hombre is not as gradual as I would have liked, but he did a good job. He used dipping powder. I will go back in the future. And it was less expensive than I expected. All in all I would recommend to others. I was in and out in less than an hour.
