Somebody know what happen with this beauty salon?? I am so sad because two days ago I went and they are close! Why?? What happen??

What did I expect in a beauty salon. They don't do custom style haircuts but just the normal haircuts. They're great, don't get me wrong, but after 3 chances (I cut my hair once a year), they still manage to not give me a good haircut in the ways how I expected it. I went to a hairstylist to give me a custom hair style but didn't finish it - Came here and they completely change it up to their style once again. I had told them exactly what I wanted with photos but they convinced themselves that it looks better in how THEY believe should be cut. Paid about 25 dollars for a cut i didnt like.. I give up on this place completely. They're good, yes, but it's not a place for me anymore. Thank you.

Waited 45 minuets. Only one salonist there. Another person comes in from a previous appointment she missed early and says she can’t accept me bc she missed someone hours before. That’s not professional. My neighbor ended up cutting my hair and for way cheaper. And faster. I didn’t have to wait an hour I’ve been coming here since I was like 12 and no more. I hadn’t been here either for the last time I didn’t like how they treated lesbian customers. I’m a paying customer like everyone else and should be treated as such
