Cici Nails

I paid $50 for a pedicure, which took an hour and a half, and I was disappointed with the results. The polish was uneven and messy around the cuticles, and my toenails were cut too far down on the sides, causing pain and soreness afterward. For the price and time spent, I expected much better quality. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I also have pictures if you would like for me to send them to your business.

The lady who is owner can be sweet to your face but vindictive at the same time if you come back because nails weren't done right. Two of my wife's nails were filed too much and were crooked. When she went back the next day to get them two redone, she had to wait an hour before getting her in and now they're bigger than the rest. I will post pictures later and the lady said she had 30 years of experience but as a business owner you should take pride in your work and treat people the way you would want to be treated, not the way you treated my wife when you purposely made them bigger than the rest. We will never come back here again

I love coming here, the people who work here are amazing!!! They treat you like family and to me, I feel comfortable coming there and its very easy to talk to them. Prices are not bad either and they do great work! I would definitely recommend coming here to anybody

Cicis nails change of owners, but look at the nails in the most horrible coffin shape I've ever seen, of the size let's not even talk, the nails polish made balls on the front, I said it to the oldest woman who did it and I only speak in her language that speaks and "I don't hear" bad service 12/22/23
