My appointment this evening was wonderful, no complaints. Kendra made my hair look better than it has in years. It was my first time visiting this salon and I will definitely be back!

Rosangela was amazing! She was so friendly and made my hair look beautiful! I was in town for a friend's wedding and she was able to fit me in very last minute - so thankful for that. Their site was easy to use and I booked online in minutes. The staff were very welcoming as well. 10/10 recommend booking with them (and with Rosangela) if you're looking to have great-looking hair and great conversation!

Angela was very knowledgeable about my hair problems/issues. Exceptional hair cut! Angela is personable and the consumate professional! The Salon has a genuinely welcoming atmosphere and a true upscale vibe! Everything you could hope for and more!

After several failed attempts at other places to get the haircut my 12-year-old son really wanted, we decided to try Ciao Bella's, where I usually go myself. He was familiar with the place only through my appointments, and honestly, he was not excited; nervous, quiet, and definitely not up for getting his hair washed or even talking much. Kendra, wow, what a difference she made! She was absolutely amazing with him. Patient, kind, and somehow knew exactly how to make him feel at ease without forcing conversation or rushing the process. She really listened to what he wanted, and the final result? He walked out loving his haircut for the first time ever. He looked in the mirror with a huge smile and immediately said, "She’s the best. I got my haircut at this location by Rachel and it was an awesome experience! She is very kind, easy to talk to and an excellent stylist. It is also a very welcoming environment and I look forward to returning and seeing Rachel again!
