Based on all the positive reviews I was expecting an amazing experience! My appt started over 30 minutes late, and I was seated in a pedicure chair without water in the foot spa while waiting, which was pretty cold given the 10° weather. The salon itself was dirty. Floors REALLY need to be cleaned 😅 Armrests on pedicure chairs and the spot where you put your feet really need to be wiped down between guests… Everything felt really unsanitary. They had me put my feet on top a dirty footrest where I could see previous guests foot prints. I was also offered a mocktail that never arrived and had to ask for water after being there for an hour and a half. They were out of the polish color I chose (976). I selected a back up color (92 - blue), but a different color was applied and cured (91 - gr

Ive been wanting to go here for so long & its absolutely worth it! Kai was did such a great job especially with efficiency when my baby woke up in his car seat! The whole staff is wonderful & the energy is refreshing ✨️

Our third visit here and already planning the next. We have visited every nail salon in the valley and this one hands down (even on a busy Mother’s Day) is always fabulous! Today we had Sean and Robert for gel pedicures and they were absolutely fabulous. Don’t forget the complimentary drinks and snacks !! Worth the drive ! Updating to add that Timmy, Danny and Bella are all AMAZING as well and we had great experiences with them too!! Double update for Helen who did a fill with squoval shape and nude pink with chrome and it is gorgeous! Kai came in clutch with an amazing pedicure massage !! Vivian was incredible! She completely fixed my bridal nails and absolutely saved the day. Her attention to detail, patience, and care were unmatched, and she made sure everything was perfect before I left. She truly went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. 10/10 Absolutely amazing experience!!!! I’ve never gotten my nails done and was worried about the process being painful or textures I can’t stand. I believe the nail techs name was Vinny and he was so gentle and very artistic. I couldn’t have had a better experience to be honest and I think the results speak for themselves!!!!! If I’m ever able to get my nails done again (job reasons) I will be going here!!!!!
