What impresses me the most is Chris's knowledge of anatomy and her ability to focus a massage in not just the places where I feel the pain but also in the opposing muscles that are very frequently the cause. Her massages don't just make me feel better, they fix the problems at the source. She gives me stretching, workout, and post workout recovery advice and can explain some of my body mechanics that need adjusting to resolve the issues I'm coming in with. I went from being in daily constant pain with my neck and upper back, to being able to run a half marathon and do triathlons because I now have Chris as a resource and part of my physical therapy. She doesn't do a relaxing massage and there are times that my palms are sweating because the spasm in my muscle needs a lot of work,

The BEST massage in Catonsville. She is kind and attentive to your needs. Online scheduling is easy to do. I normally get a targeted massage on my shoulders, neck, and back. I feel so much better once she is done! Wish I could do more than 60 mins!

No pan flute music and burning of sage and incense. Christina is there to do the hard work of getting bound up muscles to release. Including the ones you might not be aware of. She is able to get you up and moving again when you're otherwise not able to do so.

Chris Marshall is an awesome Massage therapist. She is very much informed about the mechanics of the body. I highly recommend her for releasing tense muscles which can create joint pain.
