It's been 11 days since I placed an order, paid it through PayPal, PayPal has confirmed that the merchant was paid in full and the company claims PayPal is doing a verification of payment and the order is on hold. The money is no longer in my account and I don't have the purchased product either. Seems a little bit odd. I purchased for personal use and this situation makes me hesitant to do business with them.
