Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I don't normally do reviews but I had to due to how amazing this service was. I went to Hand & Stone for the first time and had the most amazing experience getting their Classic Facial done with dermaplaning. My esthetician for this service was Maya and she really enhanced the experience 10x more! She was so sweet explaining everything to a T. Speaking to her really changed my perspective on skincare. I felt so relaxed & at peace! Her soft hands could have put me to sleep! Overall, I'm so happy with the results! I left educated on skincare and my face has never felt so refreshed!

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I booked a deep tissue massage with Stephen at Hand and Stone and was very disappointed. The session did not resemble a deep tissue massage. Instead of actual massage techniques, he primarily held static pressure on my back for extended periods of time. There was no meaningful work done on my arms or legs. I did mention that I would like some attention there, but shortly after, the session ended. Saying “sorry to cut you off” as I was in the middle of a sentence. During the appointment, he mentioned completing 100 massages in one month, which unfortunately made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. I still paid and tipped. Marco at the Feasterville location is an asset to the Hand and Stone team. He is professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for to assist me. We have gift cards from H&S Grant Avenue. We did not want to go back there because of a previous experience that left a lot to be desired. Marco let is know, unfortunately, we could only use the gift cards at the Grant Avenue location. I explained that the staff at Grant Avenue are not helpful. They act like you're bothering them when they answer the phone. Marco offered to make the appointment for me which was very kind. Marco should be recognized. The staff at Grant Avenue definitely needs more training in customer service etiquette and the proper way to assist a client when inquiring about appointments. update, I emailed the provided address in response to my comment ( knowing full well this specific location was not going to be able to help with a cooperate issue) and NOT ONLY was their response "I'd be more than happy to schedule you for an appointment to help you start using your credits up." -- my issue being that i have no time to get massages so clearly they didn't care enough to read my comment. ALSO my apologies, they noted I have 3 months to use my massages, I had paid for!, if I cancel not 1, -.- so sorry i got that wrong. *SMH* I have like 7 massages i have not been able to use, how is 2 extra months going help! love getting massages but the membership is a scam. the massages are the same prices and if you have messages but want to cancel you have to use them in 30 days (so yo

I had an amazing experience here with Christie as my masseuse and esthetician Makalah. It’s my birthday and I booked a new client massage and facial! It came out to $160. It was my first time getting both services done and they both were very accommodating and very informational about their work. I was having some pain in my lower shoulder blade and lower back and after I was done my massage with Christie, I felt reborn! I then went into Makalah’s room and she thoroughly reviewed my skin care regimen before recommending a facial. She gave me a great face and scalp massage. Both of them were amazing. 10/10 definitely recommend them both! And don’t forget to always tip your ladies!!
