My favorite salon in LA! I love coming here to relax and getting pampered. The techs are extremely talented and can polish anything from solid colors to intricate designs. Can’t recommend this salon enough to my friends and family!

The best experience every time. Anna and her team always make sure that my nails look great every time!! Anna has such attention to detail and does the prettiest Helix designs and Hannah always gives me the best pedi I come get my nails done here every time I’m visiting from San Diego

I had an amazing experience at this salon! I received a gel pedicure from Azusa and she did a wonderful job. They were quick to get back to me regarding a few concerns I originally had and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service they provided. I will definitely be back and will be recommending this place to my friends! Be sure to book ahead of time if you want to work with a preferred nail technician. Lee and Azusa are the best!

I’ve been to Chi 3 or 4 times now and I can confidently say it’s my new go-to nail salon. I drive from North Hollywood to visit Chi and it’s more than worth it. I feel like there is more care taken with each mani than other salons I’ve previously called “home” in LA. They don’t drill too harshly, will offer suggestions where welcome & always strive to do their absolute best with designs. It’s a women-owned small business and I mean - you can’t ignore the vibes - immaculate! I’m looking forward to many more visits to Chi.

From the moment you walk in, the service and attention to detail are absolutely amazing. The staff is welcoming, professional, and truly cares about the quality of their work. Outside of Korea, this is the only place I’ve found in LA that matches that level of precision, knowledge, and artistry. I came in with inspiration photos, and instead of just copying them, they gave thoughtful suggestions on what would actually look best for my nail shape and personal style. The result was even better than I imagined. Everything from the technique to the finish was flawless.
