CHI Reflexology

I've been here before but it has been a while. I'm now 38weeks pregnant and went in for a foot massage and it was amazing! Loooove their prices you literally can't beat it! The staff was very considerate and was able to adjust the chair so I wasn't laying so much on my back (cannot lay on back when pregnant). I don't know the name of my masseuse but he did a wonderful job. Love the head massage and warm pillow as well and he kept checking the pressure was good. My feet and legs feel better than they have the entire pregnancy. I might schedule another appointment next week if I can. Only thing I will say is make sure to call in to schedule an appointment, that seems to be the preferred method. There is a bit of language barrier and confusion about the online booking. I was asked if we called or texted and I said no and they didn’t seem to understand but I showed them my email confirmation and it seemed to clear everything up. I had a 40 minute foot massage. At almost 37 weeks pregnant they were very kind and gentle while also giving me a relaxing experience. I think the prices were fair for the quality of work. Would recommend!

Great place. Staff is always great. This place is a necessity when you don’t have the ability to schedule far in advance. Highly recommend.

I tried this place out to get a full body massage ($49) for the first time last week. It was very painful, but I couldn't really say anything because the massage therapist didn't seem to understand English. I gave 20% tip to him anyway, then he made sure if I paid the right amount tip and I said yes. Then he giggled about the amount I gave him!! I was so shocked and today I found out he charged me $60, so I called this place to complain, but the person picked the phone up said NO ENGLISH. I am very disappointed with this place and NEVER go back!!!!!!
