Tina (the best at cutting hair and conversation ever) was busy, but I have a meeting tomorrow and really need to clean up my hair and nails. Tina told me that Nancy would take care of everything. The hair cut was very good. My hair is fine and thinning. It sticks up in weird places after most people cut it. Nancy made it look good. I always enjoy the shampoo there. They are careful with the temperature and massage my scalp gently. I almost fell asleep. Nancy cleaned up my nails and cuticle professionally. There was no pain, all of the tools were clean, buffed nicely. The nails look healthy and natural. I usually don't do pedicures - I don't usually enjoy people touching my feet. Just went to this place . Got up and walked out after clean 4 of my toes . I asked for Pedi menu she said they don't have one. I ask for price list they don't have one . Then she llet my feet soak for 30 seconds and started cuticle cleaning. And she (Mai) had a major attitude. I refuse to pay $100 ! for pedi-mani w/gel and a Horrible attitude. Yep that's what she said it cost💲💯. All of her jars were open and tools laying on a towel on the bottom rack of a cart. No. thank you. And it wasn't so much about the Over charging as it was about the LACK IF CUSTOMER SERVICE. 👎🏾 I paid $20 to have the cuticles on 4 toes cleaned.
