It is absolutely insane that they charge extra for needing your nails filed and shaped! Way too expensive for their bare minimum service. So many better salons in the area!

I have been getting consistently great manicures and pedicures here for years. The staff is so friendly and always seem to be in a great mood. Personal touch goes a long way for me so the fact that they remember me by name, small details about my life and specifics about my services really makes the difference between this place and other in-and-out nail salons.

My technician was friendly, professional and skilled. The pedicure, which included a hot stone leg massage was probably one of the best I've ever had.

Came here on a slow Monday for a dip manicure. Was told to pick a color, wash hands and take a seat. I’m now one hour in and they still haven’t done my nails. One tech started me, wrapped the nails to soak off twice and then has left me here to wait, I presume for the owner/manager who sits by the door. If someone had TOLD ME when I walked in that it would be over an hour wait, I would have left. Update. There was a full hour and 20 minutes before she started my nails. When I politely mentioned that, “hey, I understand that you have appointments but if someone had told me the wait would be over an hour I wouldn’t have stayed.” Owner did not even apologize, acted as if I was crazy for thinking it wouldn’t be that long of a wait. I’ve been going to this salon for several years and started bringing my mom as well. Everyone is super nice and they always do such a wonderful job. Annie, the owner, is amazing and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and special. My mom is older and she is always right there ready to her help in whatever way is needed. Thanks for always making our visits perfect!!!
