The salon itself was great the service, the vibe, everything. But the bangs were not what I asked for. I wanted wispy bangs and ended up with full ones. This could've been avoided if they had just asked me for a picture instead of guessing. Next time, I just want them to ask for a picture so we're on the same page. Other than that, everything was amazing, so I'm still giving 5 stars.

Chelvy is so sweet and amazing! She helped me decide what color and style to do because I couldn’t figure out what I liked more! She picked it out and I knew that my hair would turn beautiful! She did such an amazing job for what my hair was before. I will be back again! Get your hair done here! They are amazing and so sweet!

I’ve wanted to color my hair for awhile but was super nervous. Chelvy was very considerate of the fact that it was my virgin hair and helped me choose a color that I would love and feel comfortable with. Loved the outcome!

All I have to say is I am still amazed by the work that was done on my hair by this amazing shop they worked with me asked questions and delivered on the outcome I have been to many salons and gotten my hair done a lot but I can say I will be back to this beautiful warming establishment my mullet cut and high lights were mapped out beautifully I feel so stunning thank you, ladies! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience! Chelvy and her team are wonderful and skilled. I got a fantastic haircut with highlights for $140, which is much better than other places! If you speak Spanish, you will fit right in, but if you don't, they will work with you to get you a beautiful haircut and style. Chelvy will be my go-to in Harrisonburg.
