I've been here several times, mostly for massages, once for a facial. Clean, courteous, and 100% EXCELLENT!! Deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology, you name it. Although English is not their first language, it doesn't really matter. I left without the knots I walked in with, and I was calm & serene. This is my place. And check out the unbelievably reasonable prices! I've seen reviews where people try to justify poor tips, even with their prices being a good 50% lower than other spas in Chelsea. People: tip nicely, please! These are hard workers!

First time getting a massage here. My husband and I were walking on 7th and came across this place. Decent price so we went up. Pleasant first impression and staff. Had a double room with my husband. My massage was great. Hot stones were placed on my back and it was great. Wasn’t sure if it was included with the price. My husband’s masseuse asked if he wanted hot stones but didn’t know they were included so he said sadly no. Only downside was the giggling and chatting at times. Felt they talking about us. lol. Also, I think they ran out of time because the buzzer went off and they rushed to finish. Gave$20 to each Massause as a tip, which is way more than 20%. I’ll go back and hope to have the same experience minus chitchatting. 😊

Such a great experience! Had no clue what to expect. The prices are amazing for the service. I got a 45min massage and it was incredible

My massage was really sub-par. I was constantly in pain during the massage and gave feedback few times too. I am not a massage expert but it felt like the masseuse massaged me in places that would hurt while the place that wouldn't hurt is right next to it and needs a deep tissue massage. On top of that, the attendant at check out gave me grief for not tipping enough when I tipped 20% of the value I had paid for it. Overall very disappointing experience and will not go there again.

I'm only leaving 2 stars because my massage went well for the most part. It wasn't until they got to my feet & after my left foot was massaged, the person pulled my right foot hard and I was extremely startled. It was a completely different masseuse. They didn't even communicate that they switched. The new one was so rough, kept deep sighing & hit my foot 4 times as a part of the massage. His thumbs had sores on them & it was so uncomfortable. I even ended the massage early. It ruined my whole experience & the new masseuse was the cashier & he rang me up, didn't ask how anything was & it was visible I was upset & he just watched me walk out. Will never come here again. It's sad because the original guy was gentle & I enjoyed his massage but wow....horrible customer service to not warn the
