Chela Hair Braiding did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair—she looked beautiful! Great service and a positive environment for both clients and employees. Will definitely be back.

Perused and found some of what I was looking for. When asked if I wanted to pay cash or card, I asked how much the card fee was and was told there was none. The 7th item on my receipt for 6 items was a customer service charge for which I saw no sign and for which there was no verbal heads up. There was no discount for having had to ask what the price of an item was where the whole lot lacked price tags. Looked busy on the salon side, but maybe that is irregular and they need to make up the difference somehow.

I didn't find a dome wig cap, but they do have a limited selection of stocking caps, haircare products, and I have found another place to get fragrant home fresheners. Not entirely busy except they were working on clients while I shopped around. Check out was slow.

Great customer service. Very informative on merchandise. Even showed me to her wall of sale items. I'm glad we have a hair store on this side of town....here's to many years of business!
