I went to Kristen for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. I struggled to even find a salon that could get me an appt in less than 3 months, but Kristen was able to schedule me within 2 weeks. I felt like she really took her time and listened to what I was asking for. I have a lot of hair that was long and brunette and I asked for full highlights and a cut. She foiled my hair like she could have done it blind folded. She talked me through options and was super honest and professional. I absolutely love my cut, she did exactly what I was asking for. My color came out so natural and not this dramatic blonde or streaky highlights like I've turned out with before. If you're looking for a fancy upscale salon this is not the place for you. Kristin did a great job cutting my hair. She was the only salon that would fit me in on short notice. I have recently moved to town in the last year and it has been very hard to make appointments. . Kristin knows what she is doing - you are in good hands with her.

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but my appointment with Kristen was pretty bad in hindsight. I had an appointment late on a Saturday, and she was obviously in a hurry to leave. I have never had anyone cut my long hair so fast, I was in the chair for less than 30 minutes. She ripped the brush through tangles, pulling and breaking my hair, and I now have many broken ends that I didn't have before. She didn't ask where I part my hair so it's uneven with my side part. Very disappointed, but at least the dogs were great.

Kristin is an amazing hair dresser, she has cut mine and my wife's hair for years and she does an incredible job with dyes and highlights. Very professional and extremely pleasant and easy to get along with. I can not recommend her enough. She has given me the best hair cuts I have ever had, a true artist.
