London is AMAZING! She exceeded my expectations of what I wanted done. I have only dyed my hair a couple times in my life BUT due to covid and being furloughed I decided why not do it myself?!? HA, THAT WAS A BIG MISTAKE. I've always had horrible experiences so I went in a bit nervous due to past experiences, BUT I walked out with so much confidence. She was very professional, made my experience absolutely amazing, and never awkward. If you're like me sometimes I get anxiety and have trouble making conversation but not with her! She makes amazing recommendations, makes you feel comfortable, and never does anything without talking and confirming it with you before. I just had my first appointment with London. It had been years since I'd gotten my hair done. Well let me tell you, I'm SO happy with the results of my cut and color that I really can't describe it in words. She was such a genuine person, and I instantly felt comfortable with her. She did everything I wanted, and knew how to take my ideas and really bring them to life with her knowledge and expertise. I'm not kidding when I say I felt like a brand new person after she was finished. She is amazing, and it was worth every freaking penny.

I love Chaz Salon! The salon is super clean, everything is sanitized between clients, and everyone wears a mask. My stylist, Stacie Moore, does an amazing job with my unruly curls. I really appreciate how respectful she is of what I want for my hair. The pricing is really reasonable, too. I highly recommend her!

I was extremely pleased and LOVED my haircut I received from Whitney! She was also so easy to talk to and down to earth. Which made my experience even more pleasant. They also spontaneously got me in to get my eye brows done that very same day. Wanda did an AMAZING job on my eye brows! She was a very nice lady. This is saying a lot since I can be VERY picky with salons, my hair and eyebrows. I will definitely be back again!
