I wanted to give a shout out to Sharon who works in customer service and offered exceptional service while helping me get a hold of some Wen products I needed. She went through great lengths to ensure I'd get my package before leaving the country, which included locating and canceling an online order, finding a new way to get the product to me including locating a salon close to my hotel and ubering it over. This included several phone calls, and with every transaction, she was always thoughtful, patient and helpful. A positive force! Thank you Sharon for remindinge me that exceptional customer service still exists!

Alie is wonderful and I highly recommend her! She is professional but also warm, welcoming and listens to what you are wanting from your service. She also gives great advice on product that is best for your hair and will maintain your style. I cannot say enough good things about the salon. A great experience. I cannot say enough good things about the salon, and especially about Chaz Dean. The salon is a lovely warm and welcoming environment! I have been using Wen products exclusively For 15 years. As a senior, my hair has never been in better condition. These products are pure genius as is the designer of the Wen products. My haircut by Chaz is simply perfect, cut with precision and care, like I have never experienced in the past. It was such a pleasure meeting Chaz, he is so talented and sweet. Ben at Chaz Dean Studio NYC is a talented stylist. His attention to detail, cut and styling with my thick long hair have transformed it into an easy to manage style. He is lovely along with the whole staff. Have been using Wen haircare products for years and was happy to know the same attention to quality and detail are given at the NYC salon.
