Leslie: I made an appointment for a haircut when I was getting overstimulated by my long hair. I was paired with Lesli. Leslie is amazing! She listened to my needs and wants and gave me a super cute shaggy lob that pretty much styles itself! I then made a color a color consult with her (I really enjoy the consults at Charmaine’s). The consult was thorough and I had a price range to expect. The day of my color appointment, we went back over everything and worked together. Leslie gave me the prettiest Cherry Coke color of my dreams! She nailed the hardest part - the cool cherry - perfectly! My total (before tip) was just under $400, which I feel is more than fair for 5 hours of work and the amount of foils! Leslie is always so kind, gentle and explains what she is doing as she works. I just had another appointment with Leah, and as always, she delivered absolutely exceptional service. She has a way of making me feel like a million dollars every single time I’m in her chair. From the moment I sit down, she’s attentive, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making sure I leave feeling confident and refreshed.

I had an issue my first visit here, but it was taken care of most professionally and above and beyond my satisfaction !! I will definitely continue to come here !! I moved here from MI just a little over a year ago. Had a gal I loved. But now I think I found another good one. Maddie is awesome !! Good cut and good highlights. Thank you Maddie

This place is AMAZING! Sam was my stylist and I found out later also the owner! She was spectacular! She and her assistant listened to everything, my questions, my wants, my ideas. I had been so upset with my last stylist that I had let my hair grow out and it was looking rough. They made me feel like I was their only client the whole time even though they were busy. My hair turned out so good that I almost cried!! I was so happy I have already made my next 2 appointments!
