Changes Hair Designs

Went in to get my hair platinum blonde, from already golden blonde, and she couldn't focus on one person, so now I have chemical burn. When I went to discuss it with her she decided to tell me that chemical burn is usual anytime you use bleach, which is not true, and instead of a refund or any compensation, she offered to buy me Neosporin. Not only that, but because she was focusing on somebody, who was not me, she made me blow dry and straighten my own hair. She also did a very bad job on the cut. I had to go home and re-cut my own hair and finish washing the bleach out that she still left in my hair. Its ridiculous when your friend hangs out at your salon all day and distracts you from your clients.

All of the ladies here are wonderful. I see Jan when I go. She is wonderful especially if you have curly hair. Do make an appt as they are usually busy and idk if they take walk ins.

Love both mine and my mom's new looks!! People were SOOO sweet and the salon was so nice and clean.

Mrs. Wendy does an awesome job on my hair and she is so sweet.
