not the greatest customer service… they were not helping me at all, I did wait patiently, I was trying to buy multiple gifts for people and ended up leaving to buy them at the Chanel macys counter
Sales associate Anita was amazing. She was extremely helpful and super welcoming. I am definitely excited to know it’s so close to home.
Horrible customer service. My husband and I went into this store today and were greeted with absolutely nothing. No welcome, what brings you in today?, not even a simple hello. No need to shop at this location at all.
The best CHANEL boutique everyone is so nice. Andrea was one of the advisors who helped me and she is so kind and sweet all of them are. I highly recommend this boutique I am very satisfied can't wait too come back soon! Love CHANEL 🖤🤍
