She took the time and listened to what I really wanted and liked and fit me with the perfect perfume and lip gloss. We are so thankful for your amazing customer service and kindness. First time going to a Chanel store. I went for one item and ended up purchasing 2 items. I’ve had many of their fragrances so I absolutely love the brand. Jessica was super helpful and kind. She greeted me right when I came in and showed me some of the fragrances on display. It’s not often you find customer service that goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back to purchase any Chanel products from this location.

I enjoyed my experience at this location. It’s exciting to have a Chanel boutique store in Raleigh. Staff (multiple staff members) were knowledgeable about products, and recommended new items. Andrew makes sure that I have whatever I want or need. “Go, North Hills!”

I went in a few weeks ago to try some fragrances. I wanted to try a few on and see how they wore throughout the day, which they obliged and did not try to push or sell me anything, which I appreciated. I returned a week or so later to make my purchase and the representative who helped me actually remembered me, which I found very professional. Today, I received a text from this representative (Dennis), letting me know that I could reach out to him if I needed any further assistance. Customer service 10/10, and as always, nothing beats Chanel for quality fragrance!

Super cute store! Very nice location and great add to North Hills. They have an exclusive boutique only section as well. If you stop by see Andrew, he’s amazing !!!! I also really love Anne and Jessica (amazing color match for my foundation!!) My go to boutique for my girls (friends) birthday gifts and of course for myself!!
